The georgekonig.org web site was launched in March 1999 with the goal of telling people about Jesus, the Bible and Christianity. This web site was created by George Konig. His son, Ray, manages the site with the help of family and friends.
We are a small group of Christians - Catholics and Lutherans. We believe that the Bible is the word of God, that Jesus is the Son of God, and that he died for our sins (John 3:16), and that Jesus is the only source of salvation (Acts 4:10-12).
We believe in the Apostles' Creed and the Nicene Creed. These creeds were written many centuries ago as summaries of Christianity. These creeds often are recited in Christian churches today.
George turned his life over to Jesus Christ in 1989. To read about George's experiences, click here for George's Christian testimonial.
This site contains many writings about how Jesus fulfills the Messianic prophecies found throughout the Old Testament of the Bible, as well as how Bible prophecy has been fulfilled by the land and people of Israel, the nations around Israel, and the world as a whole.
Aside from fulfilled Bible prophecy, this site also contains many Christian-related columns, articles and poems. The Christian poetry featured on this site now are available in printed form at Amazon.com.
